ALWAYS A
PLAIN BLUE
SKY.

On imitation hardened into taste.

NEVER A PLAIN BLUE SKY →

Not by accident but by imitation hardened into taste. Everyone learned from the same dozen products, so everyone reaches for the same shape, so everyone comes to want it. The industry turned beige into dogma. The beige became the idea, the execution and the prison. Design lost a vocabulary. Culture became “other.” Meaning got left on the cutting-room floor.

The industry keeps borrowing the symbolic vocabulary of art, myth and history while refusing the disciplines that actually explain the material it's borrowing. AI is where the philosophy turns absurd — the strangest machine we have ever built, shipped as a text box waiting for instructions.
